The Newbies were that great family you played with on the Sims, the family you didn't care about. You could lead their lives astray as you wished and as the sun rose on a new virtual day, the family became Newbies again, leaving all their past mistakes behind them.
I am a Newbie, not only to blogging but also to Germany. Since my time here hasn't always been what I hoped for, blogging could well become a way to pass the day.
The difference between a Sim and I is - I cannot start back at square one tomorrow.
